I have not installed yet but I did unbox a pair of tread and are very high quality both in material and finish. They are going to work perfectly and at a great value. So happy to have found Kinzel.

Beautiful treads met all my expectations

I ordered 2" thick unfinished maple stair treads and they are perfect. They were sanded completely smooth and the wood grain and construction are high quality. Mark was great to work with too. I needed a custom length and he communicated quickly ad clearly. The stairs were easy to install on our existing mid-century modern metal floating staircase supports. They are worth the cost. Recommend highly!

LOVE LOVE LOVE.....these stair treads were perfect. I finished them myself with no stains because the grains in the wood were so beautiful. We highly recommend this company. Worth every penny. Great job folks!!!

Lead Time

All wood stair parts are made to order. Most orders ship in 4-5 weeks from the date you ordered. This is an estimated lead time not guaranteed. Lead times may vary depending on our work load per week. Holidays may affect lead times.

Transit Time

Most orders take 2-3 days in transit. This may vary depending on weather, holidays, etc.

Shipping

Free Shipping on orders over $150 in the continental United States. Does not include island delivery, liftgate service, guaranteed delivery, inside delivery, limited access delivery, holiday/weekend delivery.

Most orders are shipped by FedEx. For smaller orders or orders with lengths under 8', we ship by FedEx Ground. Larger orders or orders over 8' are typically shipped by FedEx Freight. If we ship freight (semi) to a residential address, FedEx will call to schedule a delivery date and time.
