Brunswick square bottom pin top balusters have a 1-3/4" square base and a 3/4" pin top dia. 32" Balusters are used on kneewall (or closed stringer) applications. > 35" & 39" Balusters are used on open stringer applications. Turning profiles follow the railing (rake rail alignment). 42" Balusters are used for volutes and turnouts. Wood balusters are sold unfinished and manufactured by Kinzel Wood Products. Great Quality!
I recently ordered the enormous quantity of 4 Brunswick Square Bottom Pin Top paint grade balusters and am amazed with the quality and precision--wow! I'm using the balusters, minus the square bottoms, as turned post tops on square legs on a canopy crib I'm building for my 3 week old granddaughter--my first granddaughter (and only second grandchild)!!! Wish I could post a pic when it's finished next week.
